Equipment Overview
The UV weathering resistance test chamber is mainly used for artificial accelerated tests of plastics, coatings, and rubber materials under simulated environments of sunlight, rain, and dew. This equipment only takes a few days or a few weeks to reproduce the working conditions in the environment that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, or the aging of various parts and other laboratory damages, including fading, Color changes, loss of luster, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, blistering, embrittlement, strength reduction, oxidation. The test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

UV Light Source
UV-B-313 simulated sunlight ultraviolet aging intensity is greater than UV-A, and the damage intensity is much greater than UV-A. It is suitable for the maximum degree accelerated UV aging test, and it can quickly provide test results. The short-wavelength UV it uses is stronger than the UV light waves commonly found on the earth. Although these UV light, which is much shorter than the natural wavelength, can accelerate the test to the greatest extent, it can also cause inconsistency and actual degradation of certain materials.
